A Bit About Me

I am married to a wonderfully supportive husband, mother of three caring children and grandmother to two beautiful cherubs.

In a Previous Life

I am lucky to have had many opportunities in life and consider myself fortunate to have had a rich and fulfilling career prior to my injury. I started out as a secondary school teacher, specialising in Biology and Environmental Science. Then I worked as an executive  in the State Government and community sector across the areas of Education, Environment, Transport, Community Development, Aboriginal Affairs and Corporate Services.

Painting Connections

My passion for the environment, education and communities remains strong. My paintings often delve into my soul and combine past and present loves and passions. They tell a story of places, nurture, protection, connection and healing.

I am lucky to paint amongst a backdrop of trees with birds frequently coming by to visit. I particularly enjoy the connection and conversation that is generated with others through my paintings.
