I like to make my own tea and so I grow camomile in my garden. In fact the garden outside my studio is full of camomile grass and its aromatic flowers. With the window open I get their beautiful scent wafting through and I can watch them gently swaying with the breeze. I dry the flower heads and have amazing camomile tea each evening. My daughter makes the most amazing topical skin cream from them. Such a versatile and beautiful herb to grow in your garden …. Or maybe on your wall to look at while you sip on some camomile tea.
